桂林數控銑床是(shi)一種加工(gong)功能很強的(de)(de)(de)數控(kong)(kong)機床,目前(qian)迅速發展起來的(de)(de)(de)加工(gong)中心、柔性(xing)加工(gong)單元(yuan)等都是(shi)在數控(kong)(kong)銑(xian)(xian)床、數控(kong)(kong)鏜床的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上產生的(de)(de)(de),兩者都離不開(kai)銑(xian)(xian)削方式。由于(yu)數控(kong)(kong)銑(xian)(xian)削工(gong)藝(yi)最復雜,需要解決的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術問題也最多,因此,目前(qian)人(ren)們在研究和開(kai)發數控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統及自動編程語言的(de)(de)(de)軟件時,也一直(zhi)把銑(xian)(xian)削加工(gong)作(zuo)為重點。
由于數(shu)控銑(xian)床配置的(de)數(shu)控系統不同(tong),使用的(de)指令在定義和功能(neng)上有一定的(de)差(cha)異,但其基(ji)本功能(neng)和編程方法還是相同(tong)的(de)。
數控銑床的主要(yao)功和能編程方法(fa)
(1)點位控(kong)制(zhi)功能:數控(kong)銑床(chuang)的點位控(kong)制(zhi)主要用于工件(jian)的孔(kong)(kong)加工,如中心(xin)鉆定位、鉆孔(kong)(kong)、擴孔(kong)(kong)、锪孔(kong)(kong)、鉸孔(kong)(kong)和鏜孔(kong)(kong)等(deng)各種孔(kong)(kong)加工操作。
(2)連續控制功(gong)能(neng):通過數控銑床的(de)直線插(cha)補(bu)、圓弧插(cha)補(bu)或復雜的(de)曲線插(cha)補(bu)運動,銑削加(jia)工工件(jian)的(de)平面和曲面。
(3)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)半(ban)徑補(bu)償(chang)(chang)功能(neng):如果直接按工(gong)件(jian)(jian)輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)線編程,在加工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)內輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)時,實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)線將大了一(yi)(yi)個(ge)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)半(ban)徑值(zhi);在加工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)外輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)時,實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)線又(you)小(xiao)了一(yi)(yi)個(ge)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)半(ban)徑值(zhi)。使(shi)用刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)半(ban)徑補(bu)償(chang)(chang)的方(fang)法(fa),數控系(xi)統自(zi)動計算刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)中心軌跡,使(shi)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)中心偏離(li)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)半(ban)徑值(zhi),從而加工(gong)出符(fu)合圖紙要求的輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)。利(li)用刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)半(ban)徑補(bu)償(chang)(chang)的功能(neng),改(gai)變刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)半(ban)徑補(bu)償(chang)(chang)量,還可以(yi)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)磨損量和加工(gong)誤(wu)差,實(shi)(shi)現對工(gong)件(jian)(jian)的粗加工(gong)和精加工(gong)。
(4)刀(dao)具長(chang)度(du)(du)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)功能:改變(bian)(bian)刀(dao)具長(chang)度(du)(du)的補(bu)(bu)償(chang)量(liang),可(ke)以(yi)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)刀(dao)具換(huan)刀(dao)后的長(chang)度(du)(du)偏差值,還可(ke)以(yi)改變(bian)(bian)切削加工的平面位置,控制(zhi)刀(dao)具的軸向定位精度(du)(du)。
(5)固定(ding)循環(huan)加(jia)工(gong)功能:應用固定(ding)循環(huan)加(jia)工(gong)指令,可以(yi)簡化加(jia)工(gong)程序,減少編程的工(gong)作量。
(6)子(zi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)功能(neng):如果(guo)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件形狀相同(tong)或相似部分,把其編(bian)寫成(cheng)子(zi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu),由(you)(you)主(zhu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)調用(yong),這樣簡(jian)化程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)結構。引(yin)用(yong)子(zi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)的功能(neng)使(shi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)模(mo)塊化,按加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)分成(cheng)若干(gan)個模(mo)塊,分別編(bian)寫成(cheng)子(zi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu),由(you)(you)主(zhu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)調用(yong),完成(cheng)對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。這種(zhong)模(mo)塊式的程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)便于加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)調試,優(you)化加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝。
